The prices provided by FlyRoving cover all expenses associated with your flight, including handling fees, fuel, crew costs, aircraft rental, catering, and more. The only additional charge typically billed separately by owners is de-icing, which is charged at cost after the flight.

This depends entirely on the specific aircraft you book with FlyRoving. Please reach out to your account manager, who will gladly provide you with all the details.

You can cancel your flight after booking; however, cancellation penalties may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Details regarding these penalties can be found in the flight contract provided by your account manager.

You can make payments via wire transfer to FlyRoving or directly to the operator. For short-notice bookings, a credit card may be required as a guarantee if the wire transfer does not reach the account before the flight.

As a subscriber, you can use our platform and concierge team to book as many jets as you want for you or your friends at direct rates from owners and operators. You can view all available aircrafts for any of your flights and negotiate directly with owners.

Our concierge team will handle all of the flight booking process so it's completely hands-free on your end. Simply tell us where you're going, when and what aircraft you'd like.

Unfortunately only FlyRoving subscribers can use our platform and team to book jet flights at the market's best rates. The good news is, it's only $349/month.

The price you will see quoted on the platform is all inclusive except for deicing. A 2.9% processing fee allowing us to breakeven on our costs has also been included.
