In 1971, the C90 variant emerged, and was given several improvements. The Pratt & Whitney PT6 engines were added, renowned for reliability and easy maintenance. An all-metal construction was standard for the C90 variants, and a pressurized/climate control cabin to ideally fit 6-7 passengers.
