Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what information FlyRoving ("FlyRoving," "we," "us") collects when you use flyroving.com, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. FlyRoving is a USA domestic air charter broker — we do not operate aircraft ourselves; see our full disclaimer in the site footer.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request or membership inquiry, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Trip details: departure/arrival locations, dates, passenger count
  • Any other information you choose to include when contacting us

If you enroll in Gold Membership, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Polar.sh — we do not receive or store your card details. Polar.sh's own privacy policy governs how they handle that information.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to quote requests and match you with vetted aircraft operators
  • To manage your Gold Membership, if you enroll
  • To contact you about your trip, account, or inquiry
  • To improve our services and site

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf:

  • Firebase (Google) — stores quote and inquiry form submissions
  • Polar.sh — processes Gold Membership payments and subscriptions

We may also share information with the licensed air carriers and operators who fulfill your specific charter request, to the extent necessary to arrange your flight.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain quote and membership information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
